The Tervita platform, also marketed as "Pestarzt", is operated by Lubera OÜ, a private limited company (osaühing) established under the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Lubera's registration details are recorded in the Estonian e-Business Register (ariregister.rik.ee).
All content, features and functionality of the Platform — including software, design, text, graphics, logos and the "Tervita" and "Pestarzt" names — are owned by Lubera OÜ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our prior written permission.
The Platform and the information on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lubera makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
